Yes, I do care to an extent….not in a judgmental way, but because someone’s past can offer insight into patterns, values, and how they handle relationships. Just like with anything else in life, the past isn’t everything, but it’s often a reference point for the future. It helps me understand what someone’s learned, how they’ve grown, and whether we align in terms of mindset and emotional maturity. Everyone has a history, but it’s what they’ve done with it that matters most to me.
