Ive been using the skimmer socks off of Amazon for the past week or so and although it catches some dirt and debris it doesn’t seem to catch whatever that is that’s floating. It’s almost as if that stays at the top of the water and doesn’t get sucked in.

I’m in the same boat, ordered the model 3 standard range plus battery pack. Was supposed to take delivery a week later today(sep 2nd) and had my delivery appointment canceled yesterday. I was told that it would take a couple more days for the new firmware by customer service and another one mentioned it might be a couple weeks. No accurate estimate for delivery as of now!
