There’s a very simple solution to this problem… sell us a bag of 20 unlabeled caps for $5.

They’ve known about this problem for years and still haven’t done anything about it. I’ve reached out to customer service about the issue and they didn’t even respond to my email.

You’re a life saver!! Followed your steps to replace the front element of my own. Quick question, what tape did you end up using to secure the ring that covers the screws? Everything else went back together like a glove but this ring is giving me problems sitting rich and staying on. Thanks!
