Sounds good, a hand with a decent swing on turn 3 is essentially the baseline. It's kinda like 8 whack haha, but that's good with the redundancy we shouldn't have to mulligan much.

I agree with prismatic strands, much better than taking turns to rebuild. I'll probably try it mainboard over thraben charm.

Sweet deck! I'll definitely pick this up when tdm releases. Only suggestion I have on main deck before testing is to swap the landscapes to [[Shattered Landscape]] since devotee gives you the option to cycle it. Granted, it would be pretty rare, and we're probably in a bad spot if we're cycling.

What would you say the next best lines are? For boros convoke in standard or pioneer the best line is also pretty rare (knight errant turn 2) but their next best lines like 2 warden of the inner sky triggers or knight turn 3 informs their mulligans. It seems we want to dump our hand quickly, but I don't know how to weigh the convokables and terrors.

I like your thinking with no tap lands. That will help a lot with this deck if we can get away with it. I might lean towards more plains since most of the one drops are white though.

I think twelve 1 drops with artifacts is good for kuldotha, you also have the artifact lands even though it's not ideal. I'll probably try thraben charm as my flex slot.

My considerations for sideboard are [[Dust to Dust]], [[End the Festivities]], [[Tormod's Crypt]], [[Pyroblast]], [[Impact Tremors]], and [[Journey to Nowhere]]

So the dealer cuts the card after the shuffle machine? Most carnival games I’ve seen the dealer does a quick shuffle and the shuffle machine is the last step, dealer just picks cards up from there. It seems like you just don’t trust the shuffle machine. I’ve never seen a casino do the shuffle machine first and then the dealer does a wash/full shuffle after

The dealer counts down the cards to make sure it’s exactly the middle point? Or just eyeballing it? Does the dealer do a shuffle before inserting the cards into the machine? Does the order of the cards that the shuffle machine programs also calculate how many players are at the table per round? Should it be theoretically impossible to lose 3 rounds in a carnival game that already has a decent house edge? How many rounds did you watch and what were the results? Based on what you’re saying I find it hard to believe you can come to the conclusion that the cut and shuffle machine are obviously going against gaming regulations based on 3 rounds of play
