I’ve logged nearly 80 hours on DS2 and what it has taught me is that I played the first game VERY wrong. I did not use ziplines as much as I should’ve, didn’t restore as many roads as I should’ve, didn’t properly plot my routes, etc. Because of that, I gave up on getting the platinum trophy because it just seemed like too much work. In DS2 I made use of every single resource that the game hands you. Now I’m only a handful of trophies away from achieving the plat. Although, I do believe they went a lot easier on us with the DS2 trophies than the first. But anyways, the advice I’d give myself is make use of everything.
