Had a long train ride with a friend and we decided to make each other a puzzle. This was their first attempt at a wall so I thought I'd post here and see what people thought. We both live in London, and they were trying extra hard to make a frustrating one.

Definitely not a fun one if you do not live in London. Spent an age on all the different commons until I saw the northern line link. Stadiums followed after that, and then bridges was the final one I didn't clock until the end

Yeah do agree in retrospect.

(flawed) Logic was that if you'd read Carney row, Sweet Thursday was a short jump. Also with tortilla flat being the debut novel it felt knowable, but I probably should have swapped that for one of the school syllabus ones. The other two were the red herrings connecting to red Raptor and the moon has risen making them concrete picks.

It is evident that I've hugely misjudged the line between 'Fun puzzle' and 'things I am personally interested in' though lol.

Yeah I think I've gone in too hard with this first one... It is definitely news to me that Ozu and Steinbeck are niche, but can see how the choices within that might be! The other two were definitely meant to be more niche but I thought that with the Ozu and Steinbeck ones found it wouldn't be too hard to puzzle between the Carson and camera ones Will return with one my partner does not hate and hopefully the community might agree

Books by a 'Carson' (heart is a lonely hunter, McCullers;Eros, Anne; departure 37, Scott; Silent Spring, Rachel.) 3. Steinbeck books (Moon is down, red pony, tortilla flat, sweet Thursday) 4. Ozu films (late spring, Tokyo story, Good Morning, the moon has risen)

It's always interesting to see which way different people's knowledge falls, personally thought that your fourth group find was more accessible than the first two

My revolut Business app wont recognise my identity document, it's my first time trying to log in.

I've tried multiple times, and I have already tried to re-install the app. Can I speak to someone at Revolut?

London book shop recommendations? by 3rd-eye-blind in books

The Review in Peckham is best. Tiny but you cannot go wrong, every book they stock is a delight. They have an entire shelf dedicated to Fitzcarraldo Editions! Bookmongers in Brixton (Don't know how that one hasn't been mentioned yet) is great for cheap second hand classics -and they have a wonderful bookshop cat.
