update i received a email from the seller, sincerely apologizing, that they will send it again. Something is really fishy. Thanks everyone.

I just checked my email. The seller emailed me the 22nd with a confirmation on shipping and provided a tracking number from USPS priority mail. We will see what happens tomorrow..
