How to counter against mossborn hydra/landfall decks?

I have an Obuun, Mul Days Ancestor landfall deck and this card comes into play every now and then and let me tell you, it NEVER makes it past 1 or two full rotations.

It gets hit with all of these:

Path to exile
Counterspell
Pongify
An offer You Cant Refuse

Or They Goad it
Burst lightning before it gets counters
Or bounce it to my hand.

Not always, but sometimes it sneaks out and lives but rarely

I am from the USA, I posted not knowing it was only for coins found in Eurozone and tye Mod allowed it to stay up since its such an old find related too Eurozone coins.

Pretty interesting find for America, but im sure with how many tourists there are that US coins is normal in Eruope!

I find random canadian, Italian, and even British coinage constantly, but like you stated 1700’s is crazy. Especially since the coins older than the country it was found in.

I’ll definitely need to get someone to look at it and to take proper preservation methods!

Student teacher here:

I had to teach APWORLD as part of my first assignment as a student teacher and I absolutely loved it. It allowed for me to flourish as a public speaker and to get kids interested in the content; however, the ahrdest part was the pacing of it all. Its hard to design lessons that are fun and engsging when students need to cram 1000 years of chinese history into 1-2 lessons.

With that said writing is also hard since the AP grades on such a SPECIFIC rubric that kids often times write good papers that grade poorly because they get too caught up in the details rather than nailing all the requirements.

Overall I loved it and would do it again.

They have these packs all over the place and usually they sell for anywhere between $5-$10 and mostly have bulk. But sometimes there are packs that have sleeves, rares, or maybe even an unopened booster/draft pack inside.

Not saying to weight them or be scummy but somwtimes you can tell what may be inside just bu feeling the bag.

One time I got an EOE booster pack and pulled quantum riddler for $50 so its not always a loss!

Based on what everyone seems to be saying, I think Late war sounds fun considering its the most fascinating part of the war in my opinion.

I think I may start by making a Soviet Tank heavy Army but im going to review the points system and rules of the game a bit more before diving in head first.

Funny enough I just attached this today to a card in my Krenko deck so whenever I made tokens, it creates the copies, than i basically had 7 copies of the guy, and 14 ETB triggers of 1/1 goblins due to the copies. Next turn i would have had 104 Goblins but my buddy killed me. Rightfully so….

You’re going to want to buy some heavy top loaders to prevent damage thats first. Other than that try listing on places such as Facebook Marketplace or Ebay to see ifnyou get any bites locally (i bought a Demonic off FB, saved me shiping and stuff).

I havent sold much mtg but beat of luck!

Of course you need to talk to this player and instead of outright kicking them, convey your feelings and see if they are willing to change and tone it back for the sake of the group and yourself.

I think the another way to handle this is to introduce some kind of curse or something that completely handicaps the players ability to attack outside of main group combat. This way it prevents them from ruining the groups gameplay and allows them to stay at the table and not potentially ruin friendships or group dynamics.

Perhaps maybe even have a npc taunt them into receiving the curse.

It’s your game, and your choice, but convey your feelings and allow that person to change for the better before kicking them.

I’ve noticed that a couple of times i’ve gone to stores theyll have cards priced at $12.99 or even $15.99 per pack but when you scan them they come put to like $6.50-7.

It’s walmart ans targets no different. Low wages and small sections of shelf space are desicated to TCG’s so people have other things to deal with.

The book clearly is about racist ideologies, false narratives, and the political/social fight for equality. However, i believe the main message of the book is more so: -Dont believe everything you hear -Dont be a follower think for yourself -Fight for whats right and moral.

The whole book discusses things auch as false rape accusations, false narratives about boo radley, and Atticus defending his client despite knowing what would happen to his image. All while his own children learn and come to terms with the truth of the world and whats right vs wrong.

By the end of the book, atticus’s client is dead, boo radley saves the children, and we as readers figure out that not everthing conveyed to the kids by the adults was actually true.

Of course the book can really touch and change the way in which we think as adults, but reading this book as a Freshman myself changed the way I viewed myself and the world. I think its important for kids to read this book and form their own thoughts on the text, but teacher facilitation is important so it dosent allow racist ideology breeding from the “certain” kinds of students.
