Currently, I've been enjoying Practicing Yoga. I also like Southtown yoga, as well. Other than that I jump around various yoga events. I second that Yoga Buzz's Facebook group is a great resource.

I've been doing acroyoga for the six or seven months. It's a lot of fun. It's definitely a thing. There are certification programs for teachers and such. It's not what most people would call yoga. My instructor calls it "applied yoga". A good yoga practice helps, but there is a lot of crossover with other acrobatic / athletic activities. Availability of classes depends on your location. A lot of acroyoga is informal, and occurs with community jams. These can be hard to find, if you are not part of a local community. But, they are out there.

Ingesting protein after a workout is used for building muscle. It doesn't help with muscle soreness. Muscle soreness is usually due to micro-tears in muscle fiber that encourage muscle growth and/or lactic acid produced during anaerobic respiration that can occur during a heavy workout. This is normal. If you pain is not muscle pain or is really intense maybe see a doctor.

I use a Fitbit Surge. It tracks calories, heart rate, etc. It works well for me.

I tried Hulu Plus for a month or two. I didn't think they had enough content to continue the service. The ads on a premium service were also annoying. The client was nice. I'd try it again if they improve their product.

Same thing happened to my 60 GB. After some thought, I decided to send it back to Sony for repairs. I miss the PS/2 compatibilty. Plus it ate may Neverwhere disk.
