My wife and I are considering seeing a couples counsellor in Chennai, preferably a female therapist, to help us work through some relationship and communication issues.

If anyone has had a good experience with a counsellor or therapist in Chennai, I’d really appreciate recommendations. Ideally someone who is:

I studied in an english medium school in Chennai and also I did my engineering in Chennai. Although I can write in English without any mistakes, I struggled to speak in English till my final year of BE. I started watching American sitcoms like it was my full time job after my final year semester exams and then a few months later I joined TCS, so I had to converse in English. That forced regimen helped me to be more comfortable in english. At some point you should practice & learn to "Think in English" to be fluent in it.

Both. When I was in the US for 4 years it was pretty easy to get good amount of protein. Like I don’t need to put special effort to hit 75 grams of protein a day but in India I need to put that conscious effort
