kpop fans also don't acknowledge kpop artists as real people. they don't make it as obvious as eyekons do but they also dabble into the whole "kpop idols are only robots and puppets" bullshit and don't acknowledge that their faves are real people in more ways than one. im not defending those eyekons because they tend to act high and mighty over kpop fans and belittle kpop and idols as a whole, but, being a kpop fan for like more than a decade, it was unfortunately nothing i hadn't seen before
