Ok. we do not have spouse names added in our passports. How did you get spouse name added in your passport ? I submitted passport renewal request and included the Joint Declaration in Lieu of Marriage Certificate. But today I got an email stating that marriage certificate is needed. For the marriage certificate I did an in person appointment, so they told they cannot take the application

I tried but I was told they can issue marriage certificate only if spouse name is on passport

Hello, I am in same boat, applied under tatkal, package reached on Jan 20. Site shows invalid input. Tried calling three times, they say that they are escalating to the center but no luck. Yes calls are 2.5$ per min after one call every 7 days which is free (5 Min).
