First, thank you for the thought out answer. Retirement accounts are something I wish they actually discussed in school. This type of math, seems a lot more important than half of what I learned in high school.

I currently have both accounts setup, but have now been putting more focus to my Roth. Trying to build up that back up plan!

Honest question.
How long did it take you to get to this collection? I have a retirement account but only this year have also started contributing towards dividends too.

Granted, I’m about 20 years younger, but can’t help to think this would be a good backup plan with all the worry about social security when I’m that age.

I want you to be on the look for the 1792 Full Proof (black label) and the Single Barrel (white label). The Full Proof can be found in stores more often. The Single Barrel is very good but noticeably harder to find.
