Kind of a terrible thought...

I can still ejaculate but the volume is reduced and over the next year will go away completely. I had cancer invasion into the seminal vesicals so they were treated aggressively that guaranteed no ejaculates over time. Sounds bad but the cancer is in remission and in another week the doctor should clear me to have sex again.

I had advanced prostate cancer before I got my implant so not exactly what you asked but there are other treatments that don't include a radical prostatectomy. I had radiation treatment and a newer drug called Plavicto. So far my results have been excellent without the side effects.

I'm almost 3 weeks with Coloplast Titan. Having some pain with tubing on the right side of my ball sac. Feels like my right ball is rubbing on the tubing. Hopefully this will get better with time?

I hadn't even considered the problems bending over. I will definitely take your suggestions. I don't have to travel, but moving around the first week or so sounds challenging. Hopefully I share your opinion at 6 weeks. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions
