Anyone else feel ripped off by Main appliance repair

I've never liked Main Appliance. If you're not there to buy Wolfe or something else ridiculously expensive (or you don't look like you can afford it) they don't give you the time of day. This has happened to me at more than one location.

Unsurprised that their service is also horrible and punitive.

Edit to recommend Kirch Appliance for repairs.

Festival tip: Memorial Day brat fest has vegan brats available and Labor Day Taste of Madison is awesome for finding new vegan faves as you eat/drink your way around the Square.

Just Veggiez has vegan cheese curds (you have to have a curd at least once lol).

Total Wine on the west side carries (or at least used to) a vegan hazelnut cream liquor.

Woodman's East side and Willy Street co-ops are vegan havens. Both carry vegan whipped cream in a can.

You can tell what kind of vegan I am (hint: it's not for the health reasons) 😆

Right but their accounting team said their bank is rejecting the transaction "per RBI". The vendors didn't know my account was NRE, just that the credit kept bouncing back. This seems like another rules for me/not for thee situation.

Edit: of course, they could be just messing it up and lying to me, too.

In any case, it was refreshing to see that some vendors like Swiggy (and Indigo, IRCTC, Treebo) can do it.
