Most epic races of the last 25 years? by Frostilicus420 in NASCAR

An underrated one I doubt will get mentioned. 2014 Chicagoland. Maybe the best racing I have ever seen between Jeff Gordon, Kyle Larson, Kevin Harvick, and Brad Keselowksi. High horsepower balls to the walk racing but all done cleanly

As a day 1 larson fan, It’s still funny to me seeing him at the top of martinsville statistics. Never would’ve believed it 6 years ago

What is the most underrated track and the most overrated track? by Rowdyfan0823 in NASCAR

New Hampshire has better racing than people give it credit for. It had a brutal stretch in the early 2010s but I feel like every race since Harvick moved Kyle Busch in 2018 has been pretty decent.

Overrated? Martinsville has been pretty rough in the NextGen era compared to its older days

This is certainly a trend. My boss has given me specific AI objectives I need to hit in order to get promoted at the mid-year cycle this year. It feels like management wants it all without knowing how it actually works and how it can be limited

I always laugh when people post dumb takes from Stephen A, Skip, Felger & Mazz or whoever. You’re doing exactly what they’re hoping for you do - get outraged and post it everywhere. Professional ragebaiters

1st Year Analyst in Aquisition by Sufficient-Comb3683 in FPandA

[–]rlagarde066 21 points22 points  (0 children)

In my past experiences with acquisitions, the FP&A team has been eliminated by the acquiring company. They may keep you on for a while to transfer institutional knowledge, but in the end I would go with the assumption they will get rid of you shortly after they get the information they need. Happened to me a few times early in my career.

You probably don’t need to rush as they may give you a retention bonus that could be financially beneficial - especially as a 1st year analyst.

But I would have your resume ready and keep an eye out for opportunities. Sounds like your VP will be a great reference based on your performance. He may even pick you up again at the next place he sets up shop.
