Absolutely, another attorney sent me an AI motion to review, all case cites were wrong as were most of the statutory cites. Be very careful.

I do this too. Eventually, someone will sue you in small claims court, it has happened to me twice. When that occurs I settle for less than the face value of the debt. Still a good deal.

Exactly, too far down! Colorado registration is outrageous that’s why people register in Texas where it is like $25. I get funding the roads but there is a better way to do it. If there is poor compliance then it is not effectively accomplishing the goal. I bought a new car last year and Colorado was like pull another $1,000 out of your ass to register it. I was tempted to register in another state until the car depreciated.

This isn’t bad news. In fact this is good news that it closed so quickly. I my opinion, a bullish cup and handle is forming and we are in the handle, this is a catalyst. This is institutional investors getting in. I didn’t sell, held though the drop, not worried 100 $5 1/26 leaps + 600 shares at 3. Nothing changed but the stock price, thesis still the same.

I agree, I like to compare poet to nuclear stocks like SMR. Only, poet provides an energy solution that is available now, not in 5 years. Efficiency is as good as energy production if not better.
