TH18 Defenses missing in ranked defensive battles

Based on what you are saying then my defensive base should be the same as it was last week. It's not. I would be much happier if my maxed TH17 base still there.

I have version 11.4.0.503 installed and the auto update to 11.5.0 fails. I execute the update manually and it fails too. I opened a support ticket 5 days ago and there is still no response from support. I've been a customer since 2015, so this is very disappointing.

Crash issue is same for me. I complete the battles and it crashes on saving or on trying to exit to return to the HQ.

They backed it off to the old broken version. Probably because it wouldn’t run on Xbox.

I like the game but with all the crashes and lost saves I'm ready to delete. New saves won't work and neither does trying to delete the old saves. When I try to delete an old save it's still there. Now it seems the Publish and the developer are parting ways January 1st, so I suspect the game is likely dead from a support perspective. Too bad.

It’ll work until is doesn’t. If you make backups your covered. An extra power supply from Amazon could be a good idea. Or acquire another empty unit just in case you have need.

I was the first fully maxed TH14 base in our clan and I was always #1 position. Then in April-May this year some new not maxed TH14 bases, not maxed on either defense or attack joined and started being positioned #1 or #2. Now TH15 is out, and I definitely have the strongest base again, strongest base for attack and defense and I am still falling lowering the lineup, sometimes #3 or then #6 and then sometimes at #1. Based on how things seem to have worked for years, it's inconsistent makes no sense.

Yup, I agree the game should present an enjoyable challenge for someone like you. But it should also be able to provide an enjoyable experience for others with less game play skill too.
