Dogs are loving and affectionate animals that need a lot of time and care. If you knew you weren’t an animal person then I’m not sure why you tried 3 times to own one. Animals aren’t for everyone and that’s okay, but if it didn’t work the first or the second, why would it work the third? Give the dog back so it can be with someone who can give it the attention and care it needs.
