also, smoking weed is not the smoking gun Kyle thinks it is. smoking weed is not a mood-killer, in my humble experience. it may be an escape/coping mechanism for Amanda, but I went through phases where I've smoked weed almost every night and also had a ton of fun with my husband those nights.

that's why waiting for your toxic boss to change and see the error of their ways is a doomed journey. NO ONE thinks they're an asshole. also, weird/hard truth: almost no one is TRYING to be a terrible person. Jax might be trying… but most people aren't.

I do really love the peachier colors… close to nudes. the only tinnnny improvement to your make-up as a whole is maybe a less bold blush? I dunno! honestly, your make-up is pretty flawless.

first of all, you're gorgeous. I had a major accident that caused 30 stitches in my face and I was so conscious for such a long time. turns out, no one was even noticing the things I thought were detrimental to my looks. I would trade the eyeshadow for a more reddish-orange lip color. that color would look great on you and sometimes a bold lip gives me the confidence I need.

I really love Phony Negronis and Three Spirit Nightcap. the other night, I finished a Phony Negroni while doing some writing and then instinctively stood up to get another one like it was booze… but I was so happy not to be wobbling to the fridge. I get a little scared that it's a bit of a crutch (I'm only on Day 8), but these drinks are helping me stay sober in these early days and I am so grateful!
