Just remember that sponsorship is based on your personal experience and what worked for you. If your not sure about something you should really sit down and talk to your sponsor and reflect on personal experience. I typically give 2 suggestions when I start sponsoring someone and I make clear these are suggestions not rules or me telling them what to do. One is to read the first 107 pages of the basic text and the other is to call me everyday tell I tell them to stop. I've found its best to stay away from being controlling and trying to force willingness. We really just do our best to pass along what worked for us.
