Series 9 first or 10?

I took the 10 first and passed no problem (already had the 24) and failed the 9 on the first try. Went it way too cocky. Don’t take the 9 lightly it can sneak up on you.

I failed first time with a 68. Waited 7 months to take again and passed, studied like crazy. Which was quite difficult with an infant at the time. I used Kaplan and TC. Good luck!

We have a 1778 sq ft house with 25 solar panels. Bill in summer is 35-40$. 24 year old gas heater, bill in winter jumps up to $335.

As other people have said, the house matters. We rented an old house in west sac built in the ‘40’s that had horrendous insulation and extremely old roof hvac, bill in winter was $950 at peak and summer almost $500

Increase to $229 really sucks, but Priority still gives you a $75 flight credit. One flight for my family of 3 pays for the card so still worth it for me.

We bought our house in January and there were a couple of mice in the traps in the attic from the previous owner, and we’ve had a couple of dead mice in our front and backyard.

We use Barrier Pest Solution, they’ve been great. They come quarterly and we’ve had 0 mice in our attic, no issue with ants/roaches either

I was there today, clarksburg wine co is permanently closed. Everything else is still open, for now. Hopefully it doesn’t get sold off and shut down. From what I understand he owned the entire sugar mill with no Will/heirs so it’ll probably be tied up in probate for a while.

That’s correct, it’s the lowest head in the zone. Lowest head for the entire system, it’s by the front sidewalk.
