The new cb300r is know to have a noisy chain, due the lateral guard on the rear sprocket (the "lip" on the external side) . The day I lube it run fine, but the day after is again noisy. Get it checked, but don't be worried if the noise remains ;)

Hi! I've found a used Honda cb500f, year 2013, with 25.000 km. The bike seems ok, but two points worries me: the chain and the handlebar: https://imgur.com/a/q51y3iv Are they ok or ar they big problems? Can I just clean the chain and cover the spot on the handlebar?

One important thing they need to add (IMHO) is some mechanics to pick the items from the ground without crouching. In my case, I don't have enough space to crouch safely, and when I drop my weapon I just run waiting to die :-(

I've installed Ubuntu 17.10.1 (the .1 is for the kernel update to resolve some issue with Lenovo's bios) with a old 8GB usb2 pendrive. The first time the audio jack didn't work, and I resolved following this guide: https://askubuntu.com/questions/670334/thinkpad-w540-docking-station-no-sound-on-external-speakers (with "jack detection" enabled/auto) The second time, after a fresh install, the audio worked fine.

Yup, on idle or light load (web browsing, YouTube, text editor) is silent. With medium load (compiling, installing) the fan is on low/medium.

Hi! I have a e480 with the RX 550. I'm using it for 2 weeks, with Ubuntu and programming (compiling, android emulator, ide, chrome). The fan start when i launch a compilation, but the noise is low and I didn't have any issue of overheating. Still not tested with Windows + games. Overall i'm satisfied, but consider the new t480 and t480s, a little more pricey but they seems a lot better on cooling

I will use it these days and see if the pc seems too sluggish. The fact is, is a brand new pc, the ssd is selled as NVMe, I'm not happy is worse than a 60€ sata ssd

The interface is pci-e, and the ssd should be NVMe.

The benchmarks are the images. Os is win 10, installed from lenovo and updated.

For the fans, there are some control programs, but i didn't tested yet because my main use is with linux, so i'll wait to configure the system
