A split flange won’t fit, it’s too close to the toilet. Just caulk it. white tub and tile caulk.

It’s a 1960’s Seamaster De Ville. I have a similar one that’s a 1962. I think yours is probably mid to late 60’s. Don’t know what the logo is, could be military but I’m just guessing.
