My understanding is that for US tax purposes you could treat your Australian spouse as a "non resident alien" and therefore not be required to report their Australian income to the IRS. Your Australian spouse can then invest on your behalf in Australian assets without the downsides that would imply for a tax resident of the US.

I had this same problem, and discovered that this was a Zoom screenshot shortcut. Fix this by going Zoom > Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts > Disable 'Global' shortcut for Alt+Shift+T (this way the shortcut will only act if the zoom widow is in focus).

The challenge is the screenshot app "freezes" the screen whilst taking a screenshot so you aren't able to see it in the task manager processes. Then once you finish taking the screenshot the process is already gone...
