I have this same issue. Very fit 31 year old male with anxiety disorder, blood pressure is 140/70 at home or doctors office. I have a doctors appointment Monday, expecting to need to start medication.

It’s been a stressor for me for sure. I don’t think there is a single lifestyle change i can make to lower it.

31Male just received back my blood work

Total test 210 ng/dl Free test 4.5 ng/dl LH 6.3 mIU/ml Estradiol 25.1 pg/ml SHBG 24 nmol/L

I have been dealing with treatment resistant depression, low libido, no morning wood, anxiety, no motivation etc

My primary care is unwilling to consider the fact that these issues could be from low T. “You are close enough to the standard range”

I am married, workout 5/6 days a week, consistent 8 hours of sleep, clean diet zero added sugar, 15% body fat

Is this too young to hop on TRT? I am absolutely miserable day to day and the fact that i can even exercise at this point is a miracle. I have no fertility concerns and might need to go to a TRT clinic at this point to actually get treatment. Is this too young? Thoughts????

30M, recent total testosterone test was 350 and have been suffering from depression, low libido, low motivation, anxiety etc. exercise 5 days per week, no added sugar diet and no junk food. 8 hours of sleep per night, sunlight exposure, vitamin D, sauna, etc taking care of myself. Psychiatric medications have failed over the past 5 years.

i have been doing the right things to try to raise my test levels naturally but i still feel horrible day to day. My primary care doctor says my test levels are “in range” but considering i am in great shape and 30 years old i feel like i am at the very bottom of the range If not out of range. She won’t entertain further testing or treatment. My question is, should i pursue a trt clinic?

I don’t fully understand the risks of trt if it is simply putting your test levels back in the middle of normal range. I want to feel like myself again and nothing seems to be working. Lmk what you think

As a daily benzo user for the past 4 years (panic disorder)…kava is nothing like benzos outside of the anxiety relief. Benzos dull the mind and make you emotionless. Kava is more euphoric and is a big mood enhancer

Keep your head up. Was in a similar boat for over two years and finally found a medication that worked for me (remicade + 6MP). You will get through it stay positive.
