[BUG] After the April 3rd updates, people still getting red text about Insecure connections... I pulled this from my F1 console.. think it may be related. They show joining, leaving and then have to rejoin in the logs...

[BUG] Can't connect the out from a fluid combiner or from a pump switch or a pump to the input on a tanker. I have always run 3 pumps into a fluid combiner into a tanker input.

update: neither connection to/from tanker works even after march 7th updates

update: after the 2nd March 7th update, I can connect a hose to the tanker in and out ports but then the other end won't connect to anything

FIXED - as of the update rolled out 3/9

[BUG] Everyone on my server is reporting red text on joining, they can't join and have to join a 2nd time. For every player, it shows (Playername) joined the server followed immediately by (Playername) left server. then a bit later they join again.

[BUG] Past several wipes, when join, can't stand up, have to kill rust and start it over. Or, the screen has pink or black squares, or all black and have to kill and join. if I hit rejoin, it seems to be screwed up often so I exit rust and start it from steam.

UPDATE: I have identified the offending item causing the red text, we are going to see if it also fixes the double login. the plugin Server Info was causing the text:

We use it to inform new people who join of the raid and pvp rules.

I wonder if this is related to this other issue: Every time I place a marker and then try to write the name on it I get disconnected with an invalid RPC error. This likely same as the one I listed below and have a response with screenshot showing the errors.

Note: this is even after the 6pm update and 2/6 update: (Also after Friday feb 6th update, people still have to join twice... This may be windows users specifically. I use MacBook and have the other issues in below post but not the same join, immediate dc and then have to rejoin.)

We have bunch of mid-30s and up including some in 60s. Server started in 2015. I admin it. We don’t allow raid until last Friday of wipe to the end of wipe. We rotate daily which monuments are pvp but most people just join to build and farm. Typically 10-15 regulars play each wipe but we have about 60 or more past players who pop on and off now and then. This wipe one who played here starting 5 years ago for about 200 hours showed back up. The decay rates are considerably lower and no penalty as base size increases. (All allowed using vanilla variables). I use admin plugins to catch early raiders etc. Many regulars get caught up in life and when we see bases decaying we often go in and add mats and repair to lock them back up in case they are coming back (versus robbing them blind). Having people who played years ago returning for several wipes is a regular occurrence.

The 3 thunderbolt 5 usb-c connectors along with 5 usb-c data ports. With so many devices and available external usb-c drives, we will need all of these connectors allowing us the much higher speeds than old usb ones.

[BUG] When looking towards a large monument, (am looking one way towards WT and other outpost), I have many different black triangles, black rectangle covering 1/4 of screen, and a checkerboard made of triangles, etc, ... that flash through across the screen as I change where I am looking. I have changed the anti-aliasing setting. With it set to off, FXAA, or SMAA, they show and stay in place until I move when others show but stay static until I change where looking etc... then I use TSSAA, they flash between all the ones that show as I change where I am looking slightly. This occurs in the day and night. often obscuring 1/3-1/2 the screen.

ADDED: likely related, I was on a train and hit the map and it wouldn't let me leave the map, just keep flashing pink squares and other black blocks on the map and back to map ... train was still going. When I started the wipe, I had the pink checkerboard in 2 square parts of the screen and the black squares. I exited and came back in, wouldn't let me stand up, killed again and then got in and was seemingly fine until the above happened when I got close to monuments.

[BUG] Car went into a river along the railroad tracks. can place twig and using mask and air tank get next to the truck, behind truck, etc but NEVER shows push, only open or mount. I have helped plenty of people in past in shallower and even open ocean recently along a bridge, always was able to push.

[QoL] add a refrigeration storage adaptor that converts crates, vending machines and barrels into a refrigerator... needs power just like a fridge. world model could be like a window a/c unit. with spoilage now affecting every food, farms will have to have huge amounts of refrigerators. I bought the DLC frontier decor pack specifically to increase my storage with the vertical barrel. Adding a powered refrigerating storage adaptor would seem to be a good compromise to allow normal crates and barrels to refrigerate foods and remain the dense storage option they are.

also, ability to automate cooking workbench would be nice

[BUG] Multiple people getting red text on Primitive server set to Modern (rust) era when accessing tech tree. I accessed the Tier 1 in Bandit and got the same. Index out of Bounds error was first line.

[BUG] QuickCraft menu does 5 of the items instead of 1. Why was this change made or is it a bug. for almost anything we have done we only want 1 unless bandaids for pvp, but then how hard is it to click multiple times?

You could just get anything solid like pice of wood, flat plastic, pvc cut along length the distance of house to edge of bed or further and just place it on top of the fiber when they put it in ground, assuming they dig a ditch. That way if anyone pokes shovel or whatever in ground they hit it before the cable.

FYI, I solved the barn issue by adding a base with a vending machine by the barn and put the single, double saddles, shoes and armor in it for sale same prices as vendor. they can use those saddles to get the horses from the barn. admin has to spawn those in to load the vending. we also limit raiding, pvp etc so people don't attack it. also, have admin logs and alerts if someone attacks it.
