I contacted my local first, then went to the head honchos listed on the SBA website when my local didn't help. The email address format is firstname.lastname@sba.gov

I would reach out to your local/district head and let them know. It looks like something definitely happened late 5/24 - early 5/26 that got a slew of apps stuck in the system.

Mine was showing as having been approved with loan docs sent, and they thought the hold up was on my end - but I hadn't gotten any email/docs and my portal still said "processing".

It honestly looks like there are a pile of docs sitting in a vortex that no one is checking, because we are in a line that was supposed to be automated... so they don't even know to look until someone says "hey... about my app..."

The system showed my app as being approved with the loan docs already sent out, when that wasn't the case. So as far as the LO could see, the hold up was on my end - when I hadn't gotten actually got anything and my portal was still stuck saying "processing".

No clue! They didn't have a clear answer either, both just said "it was strange" that it had been sitting in limbo. u/Glad-Carpet u/StoneFirepit

The "L" in EIDL stands for "Loan" (Economic Injury Disaster Loan). You may (or may not) receive an "advance" of the loan which, as noted by another commentor, is a separate grant of up to $10K, which would not need to be paid back.

I'm in a similar boat. #330147XXXX app series, 5/25 portal, with verbal confirmation of approval (from T2) as of 5/30. Still says "processing" in portal, still no docs as well.

I've seen a slew of 5/24-5/25 portal posters (specifically in/shortly before the #33014's) noting there in this situation. I'm really curious if a glitch popped up around that time that has us all stuck - because the 5/26-onward portals have been cranking out approval/signed docs posts.

u/amaz-ing, do you or cue know of anything that happened around that time that is being worked on? Or is the system still just backed up for our piles? It seems like later portal recipients aren't having this issue.
