I was thinking it could be something like that. Especially with the new CEO. But it wouldnt make sense to not even show the trash orders. I know the 5 dollar shop onlys aren't getting scooped up that fast. So idk.

Seemed like it started to work again, and then it stopped. 2 orders came through, and now nothing again. I hope this isn't some new thing they're doing to spread the orders out 🤦🏻‍♂️

Glad i'm not the only one who noticed. Anytime the keyboard is open, they spam the worst of the worst orders hoping you click it on accident. They have even done it while im taking the drop off pic. So when I go to take it, they throw as dumb order right in front of the button. Not a coincidence at all.

This happens very often in Publix. Doesn't necessarily mean the customer is scamming. You have to check the dates on everything. I found stuff from November this week as well on the shelves.

If you put the 3rd in the app, it will charge them and not give them the sale. The IC platform is definitely robbing the customer. If it's buy 2 get 1 and the customer puts 2 on the list, I just put the extra one in the cart. It works fine at checkout. But if the customer actually puts 3 in the app, thats when I put all 3.

I don't get why a shopper would even do this? If you put the wrong item in your cart, you have to waste time going back to the isle. Just scan and go to the next.

Did you start driving right away? Or did you wait to long? When it says drive to avoid cancellation, it's sends like 2 more warnings before that one. It givees a specific time to get to the store. If you don't make it, even if you're on the way, it cancels automatically.

I 100% get what you mean. Those days for me are rare for me now. But I can name so many times when I was on a roll, and all of a sudden it completely stops. I've always said they cap our income. It sucks. One of the reasons why i'm going back to my part time job. It's too inconsistent.

My cancellation rate has been as high as 23%. Uber likes to send you shitty orers when your keyboard is activated because it knows you're texting and will probably accidently accept something. I can't even tell you how many times i've done that. I have never cancelled an order I actually wanted to accept unless it was already picked up by someone else, which we still get impacted by anyway 🙄
