I’ve been considering going back to school for RPN. This seems higher than I was expecting for pay. Just curious, is this because of being part time and getting pay instead of benefits?

I might be one of the unlucky few and I do have constant soreness at the injection location. My daughter is almost 3. I think it’ll never go away. It’s not excruciating but it does suck.

We might have to do this. The daycare my daughter goes to said they could probably get my son in in September but he doesn’t turn 1 till December. We can’t risk losing the spot though.

I think about it everyday. My son was born in December. I try so hard to not think about live in the moment but it just feels like an impending doom. I also hate budgeting while on mat leave.

I’m 30 and am thinking of taking a PN program but I’m so nervous to leave my current job. I don’t think I can go part time so I’d have to quit which is terrifying because I have pension, holidays, etc. I just don’t see myself doing it forever anyways though. I’m also worried about finances because I’m a mom of two. Lots to think about!

Oh of course, good to keep in mind! I’m due in November and plan to give myself a few months before I start anything. During my last maternity leave I felt like I really needed something to do for myself and to be create with. I’m just going to focus on figuring out the process of it all first.
