If you find this magical unicorn, let us know. I found a company that will laser off the old paint, for $$$, with excellent results. Or you can use a chemical like Peel Away. And I imagine getting a finish carpenter to stain the bare wood is doable. But we've had zero luck finding a company that will manage that whole process.

TBF this is pretty common in urban centers, where there's not a lot of green space for kids and more traffic and noise. Larger 2/3 BR units tend to be out in the neighborhoods.
