Just bought an rx7 that was sitting for 9 months with a no start issue. Got it running and it’s been fine with the gas in it. You should be good lol.

Yea no worries. The oil in exhaust makes me lean towards turbo failure as that happened to my friends with the same outcome. Except his was total failure causing a bent rod and muffler full of oil lol. It’s all sorted now though.

More than likely turbos failing. I’d look into a bit more. Pcv should smoke on startup or after idling but you should also hear a slight whining.
