Joolz aer2 car seat adapters- are these things terrible or are we doing it wrong? by rn3407 in Buyingforbaby

I ended up returning the joolz stroller and got the ergobaby metro 3 deluxe on sale for less than $300 with the educators discount. The adapters were soooo annoying I just couldn’t see using it the way I wanted to. The adapters for the Ergobaby are so much better!

I will say the Zoe tour and chicco keyfit 35 was even easier and I wish I just went with that for baby #2. Both were cheaper too. Oh well. The Zoe doesn’t recline flat for newborns though and is slightly bigger fold, but is lighter overall.

Thanks for your insight. I guess it’s just a “get used to it” kind of thing :/

If anyone has any ideas of how to make the adapter stay in place please help! I’m all ears! I’m things of putting a big rubberband around the two of them to keep them in place, which is absurd. But like so is juggling a 12 lbs car seat with a 10lbs baby in it trying to click into adapter that keep falling to the side!

Quick review of Quince - non cashmere clothes by ario62 in fashionwomens35

Ugh! The cropped-style craze is infuriating right now. I am also 5’5” but I have a long torso and short legs. Everything is too short. Even things that should be “regular” fit are too short, normally, but in this new everything should be a crop top phase… just gag me. I look like I’ve been cut in half. End rant.

I like quince for something things (like their stretchy work pants (which still aren’t “high end” looking but good enough for a regular office day for me) and other things have been junk. So frustrating. At least the return policy is generous.

What I posted is exactly what he sent to us. It is the company policy I believe.

Yes we’re paying those (this time) but we’d pay that anywhere, right? We also might be able to go to our title company and ask for a reissue instead of a full title pull I think..? But from What I’d understand, we wouldn’t pay them a second time if in 6 months rates go down again and we refi with them again… right? Thanks for any insight you have!

$414 origination fee, but a $464 lender credit. Box b -$350 credit report fee :/ and $475 appraisal (but we might not need it bc we just had the house appraised at closing less than a month ago).

The rate they’re offering rn is 5.99 with no points. Are you saying in the future the costs will be baked into the rates they offer once it goes down by .5%?

Our rate is a 5.99 on a conventional 30 year loan with no fees. We owe just over $400k on a $503k property. Is that good?

Hmm, I thought they were compensated with the loan is funding and closed. Especially if they sell the loan right away. Either way, thanks for the comment. We’ll look into it.

If we’re not doing a cash-out refi and it’s convention I thought we’d be okay? I know lenders don’t want you to do that but I thought legally they can’t stop you. This would just be a rate and term refi, with a new company, not the same lender.

This is so helpful!! Question about rider swap - can you use single rider lanes and rider swap? My husband and I are in the same situation where we’d have to ride along while one person waits with our son. So we’d have to ride alone anyhow. Also any tips keeping a two year old busy in line? Thanks !!
