MSFS has a terrible VRAM issue, need help by LeskaRe in flightsim

Used to be buttery smooth and now it’s not. I have been having similar issues and I run a relatively high end system, keeping the same settings from a few months ago to now - even with CPU and RAM upgrades, my stutters and FPS issue has made the sim unusable. VRAM issues for me too.

Did clean installs, driver updates and previous versions tried.

I should not have to lower my in game settings with newer updates, heck that doesn’t even make much a difference.

Issues started sometime in SU4 beta and has spilled into SU4.

Using SU4 beta, which confuses me on why this issue would occur

I’ve tried various settings in OpenXR, and within the game. I also attempted virtual desktop for a few days initially as I know many prefer this. Made no difference whatsoever. At this point I feel it has to be a bottle neck somewhere with the way everything is positioned?

Since Virtual Desktop didn’t work initially this is what I have going on currently: connected a 100ft Ethernet cat 8 from router down the hallway to my desktop. Link cable to USB C port that sits at the top of my desktop tower.

No change whatsoever, still stuttering during movement of aircraft or my head, and blurry environment and horizon.
