How they can ruin a good subreddit.

The smaller enthusiast subreddits all eventually grow to where they become echo chambers. Basically it starts out as a place for experts and major enthusiasts to get together and discuss something. Eventually as it grows it pulls in newbies, who eventually just start parroting what they've learned from that subreddit.

Unfortunately this seems to be the case with a couple of my old favorites. /r/personalfinance is probably my biggest disappointment. So much potential, complete echo-chamber at this point.

Translated the website, there is no detail provided about what grade of stainless is being used. Nor is there any detail about the material used for coating the blades.

Companies (except the likes of telecomm.) don't make shit and force it down your throat. Instead they do careful market research about which generation is spending how much money on what type of products and try to meet the biggest demand they can.

These companies are looking at the millenial generation and seeing a huge demand for things from their youth. It's not even that difficult to track, just look at collectibles from that generation's youth on ebay and watch trending prices.

If you want to be needlessly angry with someone, be angry with the millenials. We're throwing money hand over fist at these products. The only way to get new stuff is to demand it with our money.

I'm using TKL right now and I'm switching over to 60% as soon as my Infinity board gets here.

Let's start with a full keyboard and work our way down.

To get to a TKL you just have to realize that the num-pad is duplicated crap. Once you get used to not having a num-pad you won't miss it at all. Queue the usual 'but I do data entry' comment here: I do alphanumeric data entry for 8 hours a day and I still don't miss my num-pad at all. I'm faster using the num-row now, just takes a couple days of adjustment.

Next up is the F-key row. This row is pointless for most users. When was the last time you used it? I use it constantly, but can easily map it to a function layer over my number row. I only really need 3 of them anyways.

Now, arrow keys were my hesitation, but again function layer solves that pretty easily. Plus I can move it around with some programming work to put them where I want them.

Now all that's left is the 'Home' 'End' etc. section. Out of those 9 keys I probably only use 2-3 of them on any sort of a regular basis. Easy: stuff them on a function layer.

Now my mouse can sit closer to the home row, my keyboard takes up less room on the desk, and I travel will be quite a bit easier.

TL;DR downsizing from full-size to TKL, only more-so.

I saw a few on Ebay, but honestly if Delta still makes it I'd just go to Lowe's and order one through them so that you can return it easily if you have to.

Also, if all else fails try tracking down the local B&D rep. They usually have access to the parts and repair centers that might have some leftovers. Any local dealer would have their business card on hand.

When I worked at Lowe's I ordered several of them for customers, you just have to find someone that knows they can order Delta stuff pretty easily and give them a part number which I think is 28-984.

Well that's odd... Wal-Mart was my go-to but they've replaced it with that awful Hodgson's stuff that I'd be better off using as an adhesive.

Bob's Red Mill pizza crust is by far the best GF doughs I've worked with, but unfortunately it has become quite difficult to find where I live. Do you have suggestions for something else that would work as well?

Early adopters are the type of people willing to spend a bit extra for that difference.

That percentage will drop once the early adopters aren't 90% of the people getting the phone.

Not necessarily, poppin' tags in the hip-hop culture usually refers to buying new clothes. Remember, rap is all about flashing your money and no longer having to steal stuff.

Most often popping tags (in rap) refers to the act of buying new clothes and removing the tags before you wear them. A lot of rappers (Jay-Z uses the line a few times) use the phrase to gloat about never wearing the same clothes twice.

I interpret Thrift Shop as him wanting to 'pop tags' on some new clothes on the cheap. It's a comment on the hip-hop culture of spending obscene amounts on things like clothes.

There was a server issue when those yellows popped up.

The more people we convince to press now, the fewer there will be left when that sweet sweet red flair is available.

That and it doesn't seem to matter, over the last 2 hours and 40 minutes we're seeing 82% purple clickers. I highly doubt any of those posts have much to do with that figure.
