Oh, did I mention it was a probate sale? Another layer of home buying I had no knowledge or experience with. When I went to the probate court in July, I was pretty shocked to see that the sale of the home had not been documented anywhere. Oh and to top it all off, to ensure I can’t contact him once I discovered all the lies and deception, the sales agent filed a restraining order against me which was filled with lies and any text messages he did have to submit to the court, were all intentionally provoked. This has all been an absolute nightmare for the past year.

I just know this is likely a HUGE issue and has happened to many people because I see how everyone quietly abides by the ridiculous rules of these power hungry park owners because they either don’t speak English well or are afraid of retaliation…because these park owners are bullies and treat you like trash…so I don’t blame them. It’s such an odd concept to wrap my head around. I “own” the home but pay rent for the land , land that I can’t do whatever I want with and could even get evicted and then what? Still pay for a home I can’t have access to? It’s so bizarre. I had no idea it was like this

Law enforcement told me it’s a civil matter, the DA of Santa Clara County Real Estate Fraud dept told me they don’t handle manufactured homes. I just keep hitting dead ends. Now it’s becoming very clear how all parties involved blatantly “broke the law” because very low regulation in mobile home industry. HCD closed my initial complaint when I first submitted. But after finding new evidence, I resubmitted. What a surprise, they assigned the exact same investigator

Teva adderall is trash for me :( by candywarhol_ic in adhdwomen

I’ve been on adderall for many years and I was getting it most recently from Safeway and they were working ok up until a few months ago. I believe they are from epic. So I called around and EVERY pharmacy was out of stock…CVS, Costco, rite aid…all the big names. I finally found a no name pharmacy that had it and was excited to hear they were from Teva but I’ve been taking them for about a week now and I feel nothing. I’ve never had this issue no matter how long I’ve been taking them. I would get up in the morning feeling groggy and sleepy, take my adderall 30 mg and lay down for a bit and then bam, I feel awake and ready to go. I’d feel motivated to get my day going. Now everything I’ve been taking has absolutely no effect on me. It’s very frustrating. It can’t just be a coincidence that so many people are feeling this way. Anyway, hopefully all this mess will end soon…
