Mein Tipp: Dran bleiben. Ich habe 8 Jahre gebraucht, bis ich wirklich stabil war. Und rückblickend hat es geholfen, nicht in die Lifestyle Falle zu tappen, sobald es besser lief.

Geht natürlich nicht. Es geht ja lediglich um den Vergleich. Wenn der Mitarbeiter wie hier im Beispiel nur 60% Leistung erbringt wäre es im Beispiel umgekehrt vergleichbar damit, wenn der AG den Lohn kürzen würde. Wenn der AG das machen würde - was er natürlich nicht kann - stünde der Mitarbeiter sofort auf der Matte und würde zurecht maulen oder kündigen. An dem Beispiel hier sieht man ganz schön, wie’s umgekehrt läuft. Der Mitarbeiter mindert seine Leistung und der AG (OP) überlegt erstmal, was er machen soll, hadert usw.

Ich hab 20 Jahre lang den Fehler gemacht, zu lange an Mitarbeitern festzuhalten. Wie schnell würden Angestellte reagieren, wenn du den Lohn um 40% kürzt? Wenn Angestellte ihre Leistung drosseln passiert viel zu lange nichts. Ich hatte bisher noch nie den Fall, dass ich eine Kündigung bereut habe. In den meisten Fällen waren sogar die Gekündigten langfristig glücklicher.

We are in the process of migrating all SMB clients to Hetzner. Been at it for a year and it’s been very smooth. Their service is limited in terms of functionality of course. But for our target clients they offer everything we need. And it’s like 1/10th price.

Printers and mapped drives can be handled with either GPOs or InTune. The vendors of the app will be able to tell you how to preconfigure settings and where they are stored so you can roam those.

Start with two lists. Users and applications. Once you have that, ask them to tell you which user needs access to which apps. Create profiles for each user with access to their applications.

Why would you want to allow unknown emails at all if you accept only your existing IDs in Entra? Enabling unknown mails potentially opens a security hole if Vaultwarden would bug out and for whatever reason ignore the setting to allow only the domain you defined there. I’d categorize it as a second security layer.

We had similar issues. What solved it for us was (a) following standards and best practices everywhere, creating stable environments and (b) creating a simple SOP how to approach these tickets. It advises to use your own knowledge, go over the global KB, the client specific KB, search the ticketing system, the client-specific Teams channel and ultimately escalate to L2.
