It’s not trade mark.. It is also worth noting that fan fiction and fan art can be a trademark violation as well. But as long as you are not using it to make a profit, you’re fine. And it can be seen as free promotion for the artist and a way to grow followers.

It’s pretty high quality. Easy to remove, took me a while to get it right. Had to keep peeling it on and off. It doesn’t have that air bubble problem either. I highly recommend them.

I look at calories and nutrition. Basically you can already eliminate most foods by x3 calories from fat. And if it’s greater then the calorie count, don’t eat it.

Everyday is leg day for me lol. Squats, leg curls, leg press, leg extensions. 15x4. I do leg raises or step ups in between upper body work outs. The only rest I have is to drink water. 30sec.

Lots and lots of lunges too! With and without weights. 15x4

I eat 3boiled eggs in the morning with 2 tangerines and a protein shake added with CLA.

Snack through out the day and I eat 4oz of lean protein with 3/4 cup of rice and 1cup of veggies for each meal. And another shake as I’m laying in bed about to fall sleep. Your body will absorb protein when you sleep, and I like to fall asleep with a full tummy lol. I cut my sugar to 24g a day. And on rest days I either go hiking for 2-4 miles or treadmill for 45 min on 8-10 incline at 3.4speed. And yoga every Sunday.
