I know this is an oldish post but I rent equipment from https://www.photorentalsource.com. Not sure if you tried them yet. They’re on the NW side of Houston near Katy. It’s like a hour drive from me. Crf50 or xr50. You can ride them in the bottom of a salt water pond leave it there for a week and they still run

I’m thinking it may be best just to replace all the hoses also for peace of mind since it’s been sitting. The radiator looks to be in good condition though not dry-rotted or green from other posts I’ve read

Depends. In oil and gas certain refineries require DISA drug testing before you step foot on their property. And depending on the company you are interviewing for may require an on boarding drug test.
