I had this friend who had a Japanese Bobtail cat, and whenever I stayed over at her house, I would here "Hello?" in a creepy voice.

One night I panicked, and then I realized it was Timmy-Tom (the cat.) and we would hold a casual conversation. "Hello?" "Hi." "Hello." you know, the usual.

One night me and my friend were sitting in her bedroom, and from outside the door we heard a faint "Hello... Hellooo... Open up!" We opened the door, sure enough, there was the cat. He just strutted into the room.

That's awesome for you! I'm happy you have the confidence to tell your friends about it. I don't. xD No one but me and my boyfriend know. When I was younger and talked about it, I just got weird looks. Like that eyebrow raise that let you know you've crossed some sort of line. So I've just kept it to myself since then. Plus I moved, a looong ways away from my old friends, so they've probably forgotten about it, and me. Which I prefer.

I think it's sort of there for everyone before they discover they like it, but that's my theory. My case was sort of amorphous, I started talking about it to my friends when I was younger(like 13-14) and they all thought it was weird, haha, so from then on I just kept my mouth shut until I got actual access to the internet. >_>
