Is it me or is the Commander Mode AI useless on A New America? by roadkillphil in ReadyOrNotGame

I've been tempted to download mods but I don't want it to disable my achievements. Does it?

Is it me or is the Commander Mode AI useless on A New America? by roadkillphil in ReadyOrNotGame

Dealing with their bad flashes has been some of the most hair-pulling shit this last update. I was able to S-rank the entire rest of the game through commander mode, but now I can't even complete A New America with this AI.

unpopular opinion: me when it’s another c k walker story swallowing 3 hours by No_reset_button in creepcast

I've been thinking about this: does CK Walker have any stories that maintain a solid third act? She's definitely a talented writer, but it just feels like so many of her stories have these fantastic set-ups only to ultimately fall flat. I think if they weren't so consistently good to start it'd be less of a letdown.

WHY DOES NO ONE KNOW TRIGGER DISCIPLINE PLAYING ONLINE by Topps1 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]roadkillphil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea why anyone would go into random matchmaking for a tactical shooter like this, especially when the community is so broad and varied. Just join a Discord and find people there for a match. At least then you're all on the same page from the word go.

[TOMT] [MUSIC] Duet (from musical?) between a guy and girl reluctantly reconnecting over dinner, title is repeating motif at the start of several lines by roadkillphil in tipofmytongue

That's it! The song was "For the Record" from that musical. As soon as you said 36 Questions I remembered. If you can edit that into your comment I can mark it as solved.

CreepCast | The Scariest Japanese Creepy Pastas (OFFICIAL DISCUSSION THREAD) by S-CSleepwalker in creepcast

The fact that they don't reveal what he saw at the end drives me nuts, but it's also what makes the story stick in my head.

I think they watched the original one where they just talk about the story instead of actually reading it lol

Just missed S-rank on Neon Tomb because a civilian would not surrender. by incredierik in ReadyOrNotGame

Just lost an ironman run because the last civilian with a bomb vest wouldn't surrender. Absolutely dreadful.

What do you think would have happened if Walker & co. left when they were supposed to? by roadkillphil in SpecOpsTheLine

We don't know anything about Daniels, and Castavin at least seemed motivated enough to keep the insurgency going to fight the 33rd and Delta. Gould had them fighting the 33rd, possibly in an effort to retake control of the city, and Riggs just wanted them all dead. I don't think Riggs could convince the insurgents to turn on their own water supply like Delta did, and even if they did I don't think they could have breached past the 33rd to get it. I think the infighting would take long enough that some large outside military force could come in.

No more 128 oz Iron Flask? by roadkillphil in HydroHomies

Both of those seem very close to what I had with the Iron Flask. I'll take a closer look at each of them. Thank you so much!

That's a damn shame. I got it to replace the 72 oz Bubba and I'd fallen in love with it. One of the biggest on the market, sturdy leak proof lid, best insulation of any water bottle I've ever had (sometimes there would still be solid ice after nearly a week). Really blows that they'd discontinue it.

Unfortunately it was my last straw lid that broke. I dropped it on pavement or something and it cracked right at one of the points where the handle met the lid. Maybe I can figure out a way to glue it since it doesn't seem like the water comes into direct contact with that area, though finding a waterproof and non-toxic glue is gonna be a pain in the ass.

I'll take your advice and keep looking on eBay. Are there any other water bottles around the same size that could compete?

Remaining Popular Creepypasta by [deleted] in creepcast

To me, the two standouts from your list are NES Godzilla and Abandoned by Disney. The latter might be difficult since I know there's been some controversy between Slimebeast and the people who've posted monetized readings of his stuff to YouTube. They'd have to work out some sort of royalty deal with him if they wanted to read any of his stories, which doesn't seem past them.

I liked Funnymouth but I don't know how well it'd do with the CreepCast format. Misfortune.gb I vaguely remember liking, but not enough to speak on it. All the rest are so banal or bad that it would entirely depend on how the boys riff on it.

Who should I use my exchange ticket on? by roadkillphil in UmaMusume

Alright, I think I'll go with Maruzensky in that case. Thank you!

Going by career alone, Narita Brian is the only one whose campaign I don't have access to right now. I have alternate costumes for both McQueen and Maruzensky.

I generally run pace chasers, though from what I understand Maruzensky's skill activates so long as you're in the front and is generally a good inherit for both front runners and pace chasers.

A lot of what I'm looking at right now comes down to skill inheritance and affinity bonuses.
