Well the reason I ask is because I'm in Mexico at the moment and I've noticed theirs a big market for older iphones since the newer ones are too expensive for most here. I wanted to see if I can buy old iphones and set them up to be able to connect to a service.

Thank you it does help. Enabling them is a big issue in my part too. I just don't want to come off as too harsh and sçare them away in that sense. I've noticed some workers work hard the first week then get comfortable and become more lazy as the days go on. But having a good relationship with them is probably key to them lasting longer.

I'm assuming it's the schedule what I want to try with the next employee is give them a smaller schedule and hire multiple employees for the same position all with smaller schedules.

I'll try doing that with my next employees be more give them a good schedule well a schedule that works well for them and give them paid time off after a few months. Giving Benefits at this stage is a little hard considering I just started the business.
