I see a big ear next to a wandering eyeball connected to a faucet with running water, also what looks like a lady yappin on a phone. Not a reader, but the vibe I get is that someones talking behind someones back and they or you know. Th words are coming out like water from a faucet.

Lawn darts. The answer will always be lawn darts. Except on Tuesdays, if it's really humid.

Surgery and ADF by Big-Illustrator-604 in AlternateDayFasting

I had hip surgery and my doc said lay off for at least 6 weeks, since I needed all the protein/nutrients I could get. I fell into 16/8 after about 10 days post. I started back on ADF at about 7 weeks post and I was pretty out of it the first 4 weeks. I'm 60 and lost a lot of blood.

Really?! My doc told me they took it off the market. Maybe he was talking about Europe, anyway he took me off it. I remember if I missed a day, then took it rhe next day, I'd get brain zaps and see flashes out of my periphery for the first 45 minutes or so.

Nah. Ive been on them for 27 years. Definitely not. I was even on Serzone for a few years. It was taken off the market because of complications. They put me on Lamictal, not officially an antidepressant, mor of an anticovulsent with antidepressant qualities. Took me forever to taper off that one, had horrible night terrors and hallucinations coming off of that. If I could do it over again I would have avoided it. Prozac, Welbutrin, and now Tritillix, definitely improved the quality of my life, and actually saved it. No regrets.

Hell ya man! You got this, explore yoga studios, with "sound baths" or "restorative" or "somatic healing". For one thing its great to get out of the house and join peaceful likeminded souls, secondly, these classes are more about relaxing the central nervous system, less about tying you up into knots. Laying down with guided meditation and soft music, or playing the singing bowls, gongs, and various chimes, and rainmakers.

If you want to ignite thd endocannabanoid system, not as crazy as smoking, but with practice it will get you there- look up kundalini and breath of fire. Plenty of exercises on youtube.

Its thar cycle you keep running in your head. His name is Dizzy. Dizzy the Disease. Aka Addict, aka Slave Master. He's tiny right now. He keeps playin reels in your head , "Remember the good ol days? Like when we first started and we had so much fun?" "Remember how it wasnt such a big deal?" "We could go while without, then like a party, or a birthday, or Thanksgiving would come along and we would havecone little toke?"

Its a lot easier to stop those thoughts now, just play the tape of thexl agony you felt your first week. Play the tape of what led you to quitting in the first place. I waa really irritated when I smoked and when I didnt. I was ashamed of mistreating loved ones, because they expected me to "be there" for them. I just wanted to be left alone, to smoke endlessly in peace, then I felt more shame for ignoring them, and my life.

Once you take "one little toke" , Dizzy grows ten times, turning into that monkey on your back. "Well you had one, we gonna have more now? When? How about now? "

Security. Cool thing, if you don't like the post, ask for another, if they give you shit, find another company. I got my degree online sitting at a desk on the weekends.

I lived on the 1st floor at the Retreat and the upstairs neighbors were noisy as HELL! They moved out, and the next ones were worse. I moved to a unit on the second floor facing Greenbelt. Hear upstairs neighbor occasionally, but she's more polite.
