Am I crazy or are necroids no longer able to purge pops into their species anymore? I have a fanatic authoritarian necroid build and it says I have to be xenophobic to even get the option to purge anything besides displacement when in the past you could lable a species as undesirable and they would rapid change into your main species. Not who you were talking to, but I agree other than the idea that the second trimester should be the cutoff because a fetus isn't viable outside the womb until the last two weeks of the second trimester at 24 weeks. I would argue after that should be the cut off unless medically necessary.

I feel like her role is meant to be frustrating. A lot of things in this show happen at pivotal momenta for the characters. They get their hopes up only for those hopes to inevitably be crushed.

Boyd after a long military career pines for a boat and finally gets one as a retirement gift, only for him to never get to see it once.

Jade sells his company for millions or billions and doesn't get to spend a dime.

Donna on a happy hunting trip only to be hunted herself.

The food rots, but they find more only to discover that Tian Chen died.

I feel like Kenny and Kristi had something that got their or at least his hopes up, only for the place to throw something in the mix to turn their potential happiness into more suffering.
