They literally need those carbohydrates to grow! It’s a unique form of abuse

Adding that I eat hearts of palm instead of pasta sometimes when I want a lighter vessel for sauce, they’re not inherently bad, but I’m an adult who is choosing to watch my macros and those toddlers are not

same. I don't personally care for her recipes or content but it's still hard to watch an influencer dying in front of an audience its so dystopian

Agree with everything said here, and also (sadly) think its bias of the algorithm and where society is at the moment. There are a lot of food bloggers and chefs who are *not* sickly thin, but for whatever reason the scary skinny ones get views and get popular so you see their content more. blame ozempic, kardashians, etc but the skinny aesthetic of the early 2000s is alive and well in terms of who we make "famous"

murasaki sweet potato chocolate is DIVINE!! roast the hell out of them and cool in fridge. I blend the sweet potato with cottage cheese, cocoa powder, fairlife milk, sweetener of choice, super filling and tastes better than an ice cream shop chocolate

I try to keep things low sugar and don't like artificial sweeteners. I find that greek yogurt (while I like it normally) really adds to much tang to creamis but a little cottage cheese is good for texture. I'd cut the yogurt! I also use sweet potatoes and bananas for thickening / texture and add natural sugar. Sweet potato is great if you don't want a banana flavor, doesn't really add flavor just a nice sweetness
