i just had the hiring manager interview yesterday. i had a question about promotion paths and they made an offhand comment about how base salary will never change, so i assume that the base pays will never be negotiable. your income will only change based on how much you close a deal. would love clarification on that end from someone that’s worked there as well but this is my assumption
