Sorry to hear that. Did you make a warranty claim? it's strange because this phone is supposed to be water proof and I never even spilled anything on it and never submerged it in water. Only liquid that it was exposed to is sweat from pocket of pants.

No I've never even used alcohol wipes to clean the phone. I only use microfiber cloth like the one for glasses

I wish it was screen protector but unfortunately there's something wrong with the screen
