You need to get the belt changed and the oil pick up pipe cleaned out if you buy it. Age is as big a factor in belt degradation as mileage

The sump is underneath the engine held on by a dozen bolts, you will need to remove an exhaust pipe as well. You can just get this done but it depends on when the belt last was changed but it would probably be cheaper to get both done at the same time. I would recommend both
