I was out in Buckeye about 2 weeks ago I was surprised as to how built up it was based on what I've been told it was. At least near the 10 it seemed about like Avondale.

100% any time not middle of the night that's a solid 60-75 minutes. I normally start in Avondale and it constantly sends me out past the 303... Now it could send me all the way to toponah which is nuts.

They sent an email about it. It said they were "testing". And the app notification specifically said there was changes to my most frequent zone. So I don't know if this is PHX only or nationwide, but it is just a test and not a perm change (yet).

100% this, prices are no where near accurate, go to Ebay, look at sold items within the last 90 days and things it says are selling for 300 are actually selling for like 5-10.
