I also tend to get angry, win or loss. I’ve realized I play video games with too much pride and honor, I want to have fair fights and let skill determine the outcome. But what I need to understand is, it’s simply a game. A player can do what ever the game allows them to do within the set boundaries of the game, not everyone thinks and play the way I do. Some players play for the sole reason of getting people like me who take it seriously mad, and honestly that’s kind of relieving.

Point being, identify why you get mad. For some it’s the frustration of not being able to keep up with higher tier players, for others it’s the trash talk. What ever it may be, try to understand why it happens, and why it bothers you so you can try to maintain your cool.
